Let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Tyler Fulton and I am an integrative nutritionist and nutrition coach. As a young athlete, basketball, track and dance, I did not understand the importance of nutrition and how crucial it is for your well being .
As I grew older I began to notice my athletic performance declining, not only this but also a major increase on the scale! I knew it was time to change my habits. In college I would ask other athletes what they ate to stay at their best. Many of them were carnivores, or not really having a set meal plan or healthy lifestyle. This pushed me to change my eating habits. If I can perform well now, I can only imagine my physical performance with a healthier lifestyle in the future.
This opened my interest to learn more about nutrition. Once I began changing my eating and behavioral habits a saw a major change in my physical performance as well as an increase in energy in daily activities.
Not only did I make the change for weight loss but for my health, my mental clarity, and to gain a more positive aura in my life. I have a passion to help guide others in the right path for a healthy lifestyle.
With a Masters of Human and Nutrition Performance and Dietetics, I look to help change lives for overall health, one plant at a time.
